Abbey Wharf

One of our most ambitions developments is called Abbey Wharf, located in Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury. We built a total of 74 units – that is 18 houses and 56 apartments, including duplexes and penthouses. The location was once a quay that housed a historic mill dating from the 14th century.

Our Abbey Wharf development features plenty of contemporary charm to emulate the industrial look of the iconic Butler’s Wharf on the south bank of the River Thames. Inside, exposed internal brick walls offer open plan living at its best.

Every Abbey Wharf home has its own parking space and there is additional visitor parking. Each house has its own private garden and some duplexes have outdoor areas also, while the apartments boast attractive Juliet balconies.

About the area

Abbey Wharf backs onto five acres of beautiful conservation green space known as The Reabrook, and many of the properties have rural views across this countryside. Shops and restaurants are nearby, including the thriving Peach Tree and Momo No Ki dining establishments. Shrewsbury centre is just a short walk away over the English Bridge, and you are welcomed into town by an array of independent shops and the renowned Lion & Pheasant Hotel.
